Day 8... recipe list for week 2

Leftovers! Yes, I have lots of them! All from really delicious foods from this week, oh, and some very spicy chorizo burgers. ;) This is really convenient, actually, because this coming week, we are all going back to our regular routine.

This means, homeschooling is starting up again, plus all the classes we take, plus, ballet and of course karate. It'll be nice to have last week's leftovers for lunch next week.

A word of warning, there won't be any cooking around here on my birthday. That's Monday, the 10th. It's a family tradition to go out for food on our birthdays. And that is exactly what is going to happen on Monday. Of course I may break down and make a cake... because well, a birthday requires a cake in my world. We shall see.

Also, I had feedback on my Facebook page from someone who tried the Curry Lime Chicken Wings, and actually made them twice this week. They were a success! Yay!

Here are the other recipes I'm going to cook this coming week. Check them out... They all look absolutely amazing. I can't wait to try them and then tell you all about them.

Oven Baked Salmon with Bell Pepper Salsa

The B**** Burger (although I will likely not use jalapenos)

Honey-Lemon Glazed Pork Tenderloin Medallions

90 Second Tomato and Chicken (Slow Cooker)

CrockPot Smoked Beef Brisket

And likely I will make this...

Flourless Chocolate Cake with Ghee Buttercream Icing

The greatest thing about this week is, my shopping list is incredibly small! I have fruits, vegetables, and a few smaller items on my list. Everything else I bought in bulk before, and is ready to be used.

Let a new week begin!!
